備考：　 関東地方に住み、２００７年４月より２００８年３月まで、他の奨学金等を受ける予定のない留学生対象。

国際理解と親善に関心をもち、当財団の交流活動に積極的に参加する意志のある者。毎月の例会にて学業や生活について報告

後、奨学金を支給。年数回、親睦会あり。年度末には研究報告会があり、奨学生は研究成果発表をする必要あり。軽井沢旅行や

博士号取得者の海外学会派遣プログラムあり。最終面接は日本語で実施。

�BDeadline for Submitting Dossier to Agency： Must be sent between Friday, September 1 and Friday, September 29, 2006. Must arrive by mail no later than 17:00, September 29, 2006.

Remarks： For foreign students who live in the Kanto Area and are not receiving other scholarships from April 2007 to March 2008.

Grantees should be interested in international understanding and goodwill and must be willing to participate in the foundation's

international exchange activities actively. Scholarship will be given after reporting on study and daily life at the monthly meeting.

Social gatherings will be held several times per year. Grantees need to give presentations on their research outcomes at the

end-of-the year meeting. There are a trip to Karuizawa and a program for those who obtain a Doctoral Degree, to cover their expenses for participation in academic meetings held in overseas.
