正規課程の最短修業年限を超えて在籍する者は応募不可。財団から要求があったときは、学習の状況（学業成績を含む）及び

生活状況について報告書を提出する必要あり。上記以外の財団指定の書類に関しては、留学生課での学内選考に通過した被

推薦者のみ提出になります。（詳細は研究科内合格者に追って通知します。）

（A recommendation letter in the form prescribed by the Granting Agency （様式３）must be submitted this time. You should confirm with your supervisors in advance if it is possible for them to write your recommendation letter by this deadline.）

Remarks： For foreign students who are studying or doing research in international development aid or international cooperation and are

not receiving other scholarships of more than 30,000 yen per month. Those taking longer than the shortest possible period needed

to receive a degree cannot apply. Grantees must submit reports on study (including academic transcript) and daily life upon

request from the foundation. Applicants selected by the Ryugakusei-ka（留学生課）should be requested to submit other

documents in addition to those described above.
