Remarks： Only for foreign students from the Asia-Pacific region (refer to the foundation website for applicable countries).

Students should be under 30 years old (born on or after April 2, 1977) for Master’s courses and under 35 years old (born on or after April 2, 1972) for Doctoral course. Must not receive other scholarship over \360,000/year after April 2007. Must be able to explain your research plan in Japanese. Interview will be held in Japanese.
