Remarks： For foreign students living in Chiba Prefecture and not receiving other scholarships of the amount

equivalent to the Gakushu Shourei-hi (\70,000 for graduate students) or more.

Application documents include an essay in Japanese. Must attend every monthly meeting.

Scholarships are given at the monthly meetings.
