備考：　 アジア諸国からの私費留学生。平成１９年４月１日現在、３５歳以下の者。他の奨学金を受けていない者（ただし、月額5.2万円以下の奨学金受給は可）。日本語による意思伝達が可能である者。国際理解と国際間の友好親善に寄与できる者。

奨学生交流会（年４回を予定。うち１回は旅行）に出席できる者。財団の要求に応じて、学習状況及び生活状況についての報告書の提出が必要。

Remarks： For foreign students from Asian countries who are not receiving other scholarships over \52,000 per month. Age must be 35 or under as of April 1, 2007. Must be able to communicate in Japanese. Grantees should understand and contribute to international understanding and goodwill. Must attend grantees' meetings to be held four times per year, one of which is a trip. Must submit reports on study, daily life, etc. upon request from the foundation.
