４月現在）であること。日常会話には支障をきたさない程度の日本語能力があり、積極的に交流活動に参加できる者。奨学金は原則として、財団にて直接本人に交付。学年度末に研究報告書を財団宛に提出する必要あり。

Remarks：                      For male foreign students who are not receiving other scholarships. No limitation for nationality. Age must be 35 or under as of April 2007. Grantees must have Japanese ability at daily conversation level and must actively participate in cultural exchange activities. Must submit a research report to the foundation at the end of the academic year. Scholarships are given at the foundation in person.
