参加できる者。

Remarks： For self-supporting foreign students from Asian countries who are not receiving other scholarships more than \50,000 per

month. Age must be 35 or under as of April 1, 2007. Must be able to communicate in Japanese. Must attend grantees' meetings

to be held twelve times per year, one of which is a trip.
