Remarks： For foreign students who have "ryuugaku (college student) " visa as of April, 2007 and who are privately financed. Must not

receive other scholarship over \50,000 during the same grant period. Foreign students whose husbands or wives do not receive

other scholarships from the Japanese government including in Monbu Kagaku-syo in this duration. Foreign students taking longer

than　the regular number of years required for graduation can also apply. Submission of academic transcript is not necessary,

however, scholastic ability of the applicant must be written on the recommendation letter by the instructor.
