備考： 関東地方に住み、２００８年４月より２００９年３月まで、他の奨学金や研究助成金を受ける予定のない留学生対象。国際理解と親善に関心をもち、当財団の交流活動に積極的に参加する意志のある者。毎月の例会にて学業や生活について報告後、奨学金を支給。年数回、親睦会あり。年度末には研究報告会があり、奨学生は研究成果発表をする必要あり。軽井沢旅行や博士号取得者の海外学会派遣プログラムあり。最終面接は日本語で実施。募集要項は財団ホームページからダウンロード可。 <http://www.aisf.or.jp/>

for Submitting Dossier to Agency： Must be mailed between
Monday, September 3 and Friday, September 28, 2007. Must arrive no later than
17:00, September 28, 2007.
Remarks：
For foreign students who live in the Kanto Area and are not
receiving other scholarships or research grants from April 2008 to
March 2009. Grantees should be interested in
international understanding and goodwill and must be willing to participate in
the
foundation's international exchange activities
actively. Scholarship will be given after reporting on study and daily life at
the
monthly meeting. Social gatherings will be held
several times per year. Grantees need to give presentations on their research
outcomes at the end-of-the year meeting. There
are a trip to Karuizawa and a program for those who obtain a Doctoral
Degree, to cover their expenses for
participation in academic meetings held in overseas. Interview for final
selection will be
held in Japanese. Application
