医学系研究科から毎年1人が推薦されていますが、2001年4月以降、1人もこの奨学金給付を受けていません。

備考：　                                  在留資格が「留学」である、私費留学生対象。最短修業年限を超える者は対象外。他の奨学金・助成金との併給は認めない

（月額３万円以下は可）。奨学生の義務：成績証明書の提出（毎学期終了後）、生活状況報告書の提出（年間４回）等。

<Clarification of procedure for selecting scholarship grantees.>

Since April of 2001, the Graduate School of Medicine has nominated one candidate each year, but, because of competition from the other Graduate Schools, no candidate from the Graduate School of Medicine has yet received this scholarship.

The foundation’s applications forms on this Office’s website are NOT the latest versions.

Remarks：                      For foreign students who have "Ryuugaku（College Student）"visa, excluding those who are taking longer than the regular

number of years required for graduation. Must not receive other scholarship support of over \30,000 per month during the

grant period. Grantees' obligations include submission of academic transcript at the end of every semester and submission

of a report on their life in Japan four times a year.
