備考：　 アジア・太平洋地域諸国籍を有する日本在住の外国人留学生対象（具体的な対象国については財団のHP参照）。修士課程専攻者は年齢２９歳まで（１９７８年４月２日以降出生の者）博士課程専攻者は３4歳までの者（１９７３年４月２日以降出生の者）。

平成２０年４月以降、他の機関、団体等から奨学金等の受給が年額３６万円を超える奨学金／研究助成金を受けない者。日本語で研究計画の説明ができる者。面接試験は日本語で実施。国内学会出席旅費等も支給。応募書類は、協会HPよりダウンロード可（http://www.tokyu-f.jp/）

Remarks： Only for foreign students from the Asia-Pacific region (refer to the foundation website for applicable countries).

Students should be under 30 years old (born on or after April 2, 1978) for Master’s courses and under 35 years old (born on or after April 2, 1973) for Doctoral course. Must not receive other scholarship over \360,000/year after April 2008. Must be able to explain your research plan in Japanese. Interview will be held in Japanese.
