他奨学金との重複受給不可。奨学金は毎月、財団月例会にて手渡しで支給。月例レポート提出・月例会参加の義務有。

arrive by regular mail.

Remarks： For foreign students who are privately finaced and who live in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, or Chiba. Must have a "Ryuugaku

（College Student）"visa Must have conversation skills in Japanese that is similar to the Level 1 of “Japanese-Language

Proficiency Test.” Grantees should be healthy, and should understand and contribute to international understanding and

goodwill. Application dossiers include essays in Japanese. Must not receive other scholarship at the same time. Scholarship will

be given in person at the foundation's office in the monthly meetings. Monthly reporting and participation in monthly meetings
