<Clarification of procedure for selecting scholarship grantees>

From 2005, the Graduate School of Medicine has nominated one candidate, but, because of competition from the other Graduate Schools, no candidate from the Graduate School of Medicine has yet received this scholarship.

From 2007, the application method has changed from the application that requires university recommendation to the direct application.
