能力を有する者。財団の交流活動に積極的に参加できる者。

Remarks： For foreign students who have a clear purpose and plan for studying in Japan and who are expected to achieve great results.

No limitation for Nationality. Those receiving other scholarships of \50,000 or over per month cannot apply. Age must be 29 or

under for Undergraduate students and 34 or under for Graduate students as of April 1, 2008. Must have good enough

Japanese-language ability to understand and interact in classes, etc. Grantees should actively participate in international
