備考： 台湾籍を有する日本在住の外国人留学生対象。平成２１年４月１日現在で、満３５歳未満の者（１９７４年４月２日以降出生者）。
平成２１年４月１日以降、他の機関、団体等から奨学金等の受給が決定している者は採用不可。
帰国旅費・授業料等を一定の範囲内で支給。奨学金受給期間中、毎年度２回、学習又は研究の状況報告書の提出が必要。

Remarks：
Only for foreign students who have a TAIWAN
passport and are currently living in Japan.
Age must be 34 or under as of April 1,
2009 (those who were born on or after April 2, 1974can apply).
Those who
are to receive scholarships from April 1, 2008 from other organizations are not
eligible.
Travel
expenses for returning to Taiwan and tuition, etc. will be provided under some
conditions.
During the
grant period, submissions of progress reports on study or research twice every
academic year are required.
