備考：　 博士課程在籍者は１９７３年３月３１日以降に、修士課程在籍者は１９７８年３月３１日以降に生まれた外国人留学生が対象。日本語の日常会話ができる者。面接は日本語。他奨学金との重複不可。卒業後は母国で就職すること。奨学金受給中は、学業に関係のないアルバイトは不可。国際親善に理解を持ち、貢献を期する者。

Duration： The shortest possible period for receiving the doctoral degree from April 2009. Applicants choose

the amount given per month and grant period from the above �@ - �B.

�BDeadline for Submitting Dossier to Agency：. From Wednesday, October 1 to Sunday, November 30 2008.　＊Must be mailed and postmarked by the deadline.

Remarks： For foreign students who were born on or after March, 31, 1973 for Doctoral course, and who were born on or after March, 31, 1978 for Master's course. Must be able to speak Japanese (daily conversation level). Interview is held in Japanese. Must not receive other scholarships together. Grantees must make a definite promise to find a job in their home country after graduation. Part-time work unrelated to study is not allowed during the grant period. Grantees should understand and contribute to international goodwill.
