支給期間： 修士課程２年以内、博士課程３年以内

※応募者は通常の e-mail での応募に加えて、財団指定の「奨学生願書」（第１号様式Ｃ）、奨学生推薦書（第2号様式Ｃ）、出身大学からの英語の推薦状、外国人登録原票記載事項証明書または外国人登録証明書(入学後)を応募締切日までに国際交流室へ提出すること。財団指定の用紙は、国際交流室のﾎｰﾑﾍﾟｰｼﾞからダウンロードもしくは国際交流室で配布しています。

備考： 原則として応募時点において渡日前であること。修士課程入学希望者は30歳未満、博士課程入学者希望者は35歳未満であること。中央アジア、中近東、アフリカ諸国からの私費外国人留学生であること。

In addition to the applicants’usual email
application to the OIAA, you must submit “Syougakusei Gansyo”（number first
style C）,“Syougakusei Suisensyo” （number second style C）set by the foundation、english
recommendation letter from your university in your country and a certificate of
registered items in the foreign resident registry or an alien resgistration
ceritificate(After you enter Toudai April, 2009). Application forms can be
downloaded from the Office of International Academic Affairs’homepage or are
distributed at OIAA.

Remarks：
In principal, when you apply for this scholarship,you must be in your
own country, and not in Japan. Age must be 29 or under for master’s course
and 34 or under for doctoral course as of the application day. This scholarship
is for self-supporting foreign students from Central Asia, the Middle East
Asia and African countries
