金を受けていない者（ただし、月額5万円以下の奨学金は除く）。奨学生交流会（年4回を予定。うち１回は旅行）に参加できる

者。

Remarks： For self-supporting foreign students from Asian countries who are not receiving other scholarships more than \50,000 per

month. Age must be 35 or under as of April 1, 2009. Must have the first grade certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Test. Must attend grantees' meetings to be held four times per year, one of which is a trip.
