Remarks： For foreign students who are not receiving other scholarships. Age must be 35 or under as of April 2009. Grantees must have Japanese ability at daily conversation level and must actively participate in cultural exchange activities. Must submit a research report to the foundation at the end of the academic year. Scholarships are given at the foundation in person.
