医学系研究科から毎年1人が推薦されていますが、2001年4月以降、1人もこの奨学金給付を受けていません。

備考：　                                   東南アジア諸国（フィリピン、インドネシア、シンガポール、マレイシア、タイ、ブルネイ、ヴェトナム、ミャンマー、ラオス、カンボジア）国籍の私費留学生対象。他の奨学金を受けていない者。原則として２００９年４月１日現在、大学院学生は３５歳未満。     財団からの照会に応じて、学業・研究等についての報告書を提出する必要あり。

Graduate Schools, no candidate from the Graduate School of Medicine has yet received this scholarship.
