Remarks： For foreign students from East and Southeast Asian countries and areas (North and South Korea, China, Taiwan, Mongolia, Hong Kong, Macao, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnum, Cambodia, Brunei, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, India) who are NOT receiving other scholarships. Must actively participate in the exchange activities. Must report on study upon request from the foundation. Those who are to receive other scholarships in and after April 2009 will not be granted.
