Remarks： For South Korean and North Korean students who aren't receiving other scholarships (\25,000/month or over for Undergraduate students, \40,000/month or over for Master's course students and \50,000/month or over for Doctoral course students), excluding a scholarship loan and a scholarship from their universities. Students whose spouses are receiving scholarships of \100,000/month or more cannot apply. Undergraduate students whose age is 30 or over and Graduate students whose age is 40 or over as of April 1, 2009 cannot apply. Grantees must attend the events of the Shougaku-kai.
